LikedNice rooms, small but everything you need., the bed was big and selection of pillows (2x soft, 2x firm) Asked for a travel cot and there was one in our room ready for us. Lots of clean towels, shampoo and shower gel was also provided. Water and refreshments were also supplied to our room which was great.

DislikedAs some of the other reviews say it is very noisy, not just outside noise if you want to sleep with the windows open (which isn’t the hotels fault) but the internal corridors if anyone is walking down them you will hear everything they say, and the hotel room doors are so loud when they are closed with Guests slamming doors at all hours.

LikedBreakfast area is very nice, breakfast buffet is really good, it’s great to have access to coffee and other drinks throughout the day

DislikedPillows weren’t comfortable, no air conditioning or fan to cool down the room, hallways are unpleasantly dark (very little light)

LikedThe rooms where clean central location (only a short walk to various metro stations and bus stops lots of 24 hour supermarkets in the surrounding areas Excellent coffee and tea service (for free)

DislikedThere was a misunderstanding in the beginning regarding whether or not I had booked the room with breakfast or not. I felt the man who checked us into the hotel was a little rude regarding this and overly assertive, however having explored more of Barcelona I'm starting to think that this is the way customer service works in the area as literally everyone who worked in every place we visited was like this.
