LikedRooms were good size and cleaned well every day. Breakfast was continental and on the one day we had to go out early, the hotel provided us with a good breakfast box for the 3 of us. Location is perfect for exploring Venice. Close to St Marks square and many eating places nearby. Convenient for waterfront. Staff are lovely and were so helpful. Don't think we could have asked for better.

LikedFriendly and helpfull staff. Location within 5 min walk from the piazza and S.Marcos basilika. Yet far enough away from squares/restaurants and such to be considered a quiet place
