LikedThe staff allowed me to check in early. I had flown in from Australia early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 9am. I had a ticket to Teatro alla Scala for a 2:30pm performance and I had previously asked if I could check in ealrier than the usual 2pm time so that I could iron my clothese\ and get to the Opera with plenty of time. They accommodated me, provided me with an iron and ironing board, which they delivered to my room and I appreciate it immensely.
DislikedNothing really. I wasn't there long enough and left too early for breakfast the next morning so there is nothing else to talk about really.

LikedBreakfast was good. Room nice size but street facing. Not the room I was expecting.
DislikedArea around hotel was a bit uncomfortable for two women. Staff were bit aloof to start but warmed up at the end. Wasn't as close to the railway station as I thought it would be, too far to walk with luggage.
