LikedThe well-preserved historic building and antiques, the art, the comfort, and most importantly the delightful ladies who cook and clean and are so warm and welcoming. Great location with lots of different cuisine options.

DislikedAn electric jug in our room for tea after hours would be great.

LikedSmall hotel in a convenient location with a tram stop right outside- 20 minutes into central Milan. We had a large, clean room on the 3rd floor and there was a lift. Excellent breakfast offered by friendly staff. Some excellent restaurants nearby for dinner.

DislikedThe building is positioned between 2 streets and our room was quite noisy at night. Try and get a room facing via Carlo Farini to avoid this. We had to ask at reception for the room’s air conditioning control, it wasn’t in the room.
