LikedNear to the metro station and have a really nice restaurant just 1 minutos away, nice breakfast with the essentials food. Good for 1/2 nights

DislikedDoesn’t have lift from the ground floor to the first floor, we are a group and booked 6 rooms and they give to us (me my husband and our baby ) the smaller double room without the cot for our baby, at late night I kindly ask the receptionist if she can give to me a bit of warm milk for my baby, and at first she refused and told me they didn’t have milk after a small discussion she walk 2minutes and give me milk from the smaller bar they have on the ground floor ( I told her if I need to pay I will paid for the milk ) cos she was really rude 😡

LikedClose to Metro station. Staff are frendly.

DislikedBeds are to soft and squeaks when moving. Shower have low pressure, it took several minutes for hot water to start. Rooms haven't been 'updated' since hotel was build. Breakfest was very bad and poor. I have never eaten worst scrambled eggs im my life.

DislikedStairs!! If you have trouble climbing stairs there is an elevator but only after climbing a flight and a half. Also would have preferred more vegetarian options at breakfast

Very close to metro station. And the grocer just next to the hotel very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with different variations, fresh fruits, pastries, snacks and beverages. Luggage storage service is very thoughtful. Overall good experience. Just the room might be a bit small for those who have large or many luggage. Only cons was draining bit stuck. Other than that the rest okay. Will consider stay here if visit Roma again.

It's location is excellent. It didn't have hot water for shower. It has one boiler for the whole building and they said us that the water's temperature was fine for them.
