LikedReally nice hotel with a magnificent view , slightly out of the way but you can easily walk to many central locations.

DislikedI am gluten free and I was a little disappointed with provision for gluten free guests.

DislikedBreakfast and restaurant were terrible. Rooms need maintenance, we barely slept as the air conditioner was broken. Wifi was bad Personnel was quite unhelpful

LikedAttractively modernised and furnished former monastery on hillside overlooking the city and Bay of Naples. Long terrace in front of bright airy dining room with spectacular views. Excellent buffet breakfast; delicious reasonably priced dinner. Comfortable bedroom with spotless on-suite bathroom. 20 minute walk to waterfront, piazza, opera house and cafes and much else (but steep climb back). Short walk to nearest metro and funicular. Staff exceptionally charming and helpful.

DislikedCorridors quite dimly lit, which is atmospheric, but several steps easily missed.
