DislikedNothing at all. A little difficult to find as part of the Garibaldi Blu hotel and sign for Hotel Rosso23 just inside the entrance.

LikedFriendly staff, helpful. Great location. Even though it is very central room is very quiet.

DislikedHotel entrance not easy to find, should have more/better signs. Lift is very slow. Expensive - but that is Florence.

DislikedIncredibly small rooms. Booked a twin room for our teenage boys, but only double beds available - was not told this during booking. No space to walk around bed. Shower barely space to turn around in. Hotel have spent a lot of money on decoration of reception and lounge areas, but not on the rooms. Air con did not work for 3 days, even though there were digital controls on the wall of the room. Weird space issues - e.g kettle and facilities on table, with no socket to plug them in !! Had to place under desk on floor to make a cup of tea.

LikedExcellent location on Piazza Novella. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely lounge and bar to relax in. Very good breakfast included.
