Hotel Roma Vaticano

LikedHello, I want to let you know that all the staff were (Cosimo, Gladys and Niki) great!! The staff treated me so well and made me feel very welcome and at home. They were kind, considerate and very helpful to me. I will highly recommend this hotel. When I return to Rome in the near future I will be very happy to stay at this hotel again. LikedThe location as it’s near the Vatican and all other amenities i.e. restaurant, bakery, metro, bus stop, clothes shops, etc.

DislikedThere was a glitch on our pre-booked taxi in which the taxi didn’t show up at the pre-booked time; our other group had to book an uber using their uber app instead, to avoid further delays with their early morning flight. We got a refund for it anyway, but we have to book our own taxi to avoid the same mishap.

LikedGreat location —very helpful staff —it is a boutique hotel with a great restaurant right next door —you have to ring the buzzer to gain access to door being unlocked and hotel is on 4th floor of the building —so be prepared to know you have get to the floor before checking in. Very close to Vatican with a 15 minute walk.

DislikedSmall but efficient bathroom —

LikedThe property was clean, modern and stylish. It was in a great location and everything was very accessible. The staff were fantastic and were on hand to help with everything. They provided a great list of places to try and made us feel very welcome.
