LikedGreat location, close to the Vatican and very quiet! The room was very clean, comfortable and decorated with great taste. Also communication was very straightforward and efficient. Recommend!

LikedLocation is good. Personnel very friendly and helpful.

DislikedMold in the shower. Not a nice view into the backyard. Does not really reflect the pictures online.

LikedStaff were friendly and accommodating. Location was good, not prime, but easy enough to get to most landmarks. In particular Cosimo provided us a list of personally recommended bars/restaurants that was very useful, and he was always eager to help.

DislikedRoom had a lack of natural light so felt a bit dingy. Bathroom also smelt a little damp.

LikedHello, I want to let you know that all the staff were (Cosimo, Gladys and Niki) great!! The staff treated me so well and made me feel very welcome and at home. They were kind, considerate and very helpful to me. I will highly recommend this hotel. When I return to Rome in the near future I will be very happy to stay at this hotel again.
