LikedCiara and Jacopo were extremely helpful and friendly The room was very spacious and clean The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Waterbus station . We used the vaporetto/ waterbus to get around. You can purchase a vaporetto pass 1,2 and 3 days This pass allows you to travel by vaporetto and land buses Breakfast was good

LikedLocation is 30 metres from the watertaxi terminal that takes you to/from Venice "proper" in about 15 minutes. Also a direct ferry from Marco Polo Airport takes about an hour but is very relaxing. Old-school hotel, the clean rooms have actual keys, and polite, friendly and formal staff at reception. Welcome drink of prosecco at the hotel American Bar. Buffet breakfast is very acceptable and plentiful. Staying on the Lido is a good option if you want to get away from the crowds. I would return.
DislikedThere was some noise outside at night but it didn't bother me too much, all part of the Italian life.

LikedOnly words of praise and recommendations for this hotel! The staff is very friendly always with a smile on their face. Room is very big and clean, bedsheets are clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of choices, everything was fresh. Definitely we would like to come here again!
