LikedThe hotel is located in a beautiful and calm area of the city. Close enough to the cultural center (Duomo, Uffizi, etc) but far enough of the noise and hustle. The service was top. simply perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very elegant and charming.

LikedThe interior design was beautifully classic and charming. The staff were exceptional, all helpful and cheerful. The room was spectacular with 3 terraces letting in beautiful sun light through out the day. We received complimentary sweets upon check in and were upgraded to a higher category room. Such a nice touch from the hotel. Breakfast selection was healthy and exceptional.

LikedThere was so much to like! I loved my room - the Prestige Suite. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and beautifully displayed. We moved drinking Prosecco in the serene tree enclosed garden. I highly recommend this hotel! It was perfect for us.
