LikedThe location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to most places and there’s great access to transportation (Uber, metro, etc.). Davide from the Concierge team (and the concierge team in general) and Azlan (bell captain) were both helpful, courteous and made our stay more pleasant so thank you both! The bed was also exceptionally comfortable.

DislikedWe arrived straight from the airport to the hotel looking to rest before we kickoff our scheduled plans. The receptionist checking us in had an attitude which I would normally not expect at a luxury hotel. By the time we were checked in, we were already disappointed due to how we were treated. We went into our room to find no complimentary (or even chargeable) water! The weather was extremely hot that day and in my ten years plus of traveling and staying at 5 star hotels, I have NEVER stayed in a room where there was no water available. After a quick nap, my husband looked for a coffee machine which was also not available? Overall, very disappointing for a hotel that charged us around 750 Euros per night. We visit Milan a lot and we decided to try the Principe for a change but I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.
