Located in historical center of Florence, close to all tourist attractions. Astonishing view from the terrace. Friendly and helpfull staff. Not so many sellections but good breakfast. I'll definitely recommend it.

DislikedThe air conditioner in the room would not go lower than a set amount and in the summer it's really hot. Had to open windows to get any sort of air flow or breeze. Very stuffy and hot. Mini fridge didn't seem to get very cold either.
