Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti

LikedHotel Palazzo Orgnissanti worked really well for us. Comfortable, quiet, exceptionally clean, friendly and welcoming staff, great breakfast with lots of options, including scrambled egg and bacon as well as fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheeses, toast, various kinds of croissant and fabulous coffee. The staff were happy for us to take a table in the dining / lobby area and eat our take-away pizzas and drink our own wine! 5 minutes walk from the tram stop outside the main station. About 10 minutes from El Duomo - a nice walk if you take the route by the river

DislikedOur rooms, whilst clean and attractive, were perhaps a little smaller than would be ideal and storage for clothing was limited. There was no tea / coffee-making facility. To be honest these are minor issues, especially as this hotel was more affordable than many.

LikedGood breakfast and excellent location to reach the central station and walk around in the very heart of old town.

DislikedThe bed was creaking loudly to the extent that I could hear these sounds from other rooms and surely these sounds could be heard elsewhere when I was moving around in my bed.

LikedI like the position, but the location is very noisy!

DislikedThe rooms were very small and the lady forgot to clean it! The sink was clogged. Inside the hotel the people shouted and slammed doors every night. The staff did'n know English (1-2 exceptions).

DislikedFor a four star you would expect tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Very basic !!
