My recent stay at Hotel Mozart was truly outstanding. Despite a slight cold bit of air, the staff promptly provided warm blankets to the room, ensuring a cozy experience with a kettle in the room (tea, coffe and sugar restocked every day). Their professionalism and warmth made the stay unforgettable. Plus, the impeccable location next to the metro station and reliable wifi added to the overall perfection. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Milan.

LikedNice position/location

DislikedSimply the employees; aside from an Egyptian very nice employee, no one was nice or smiling to us since day one. Worst, I was badly treated during breakfast. While we were still eating in the room a server came to me out of nowhere and accused me of taking the food outside; even if he immediately apologized, our mood was ruined. The same attitude was observed the next days from other servers toward other customers making our stay uncomfortable.
