LikedHighly Recommend! We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed being close to the tourist attrations while also being a minutes walk to authentic local eateries. The room was very comfortable with a lovely courtyard view (and could see top of Duomo). Safe location and friendly staff; this should be a higher rated hotel!
DislikedYou do need to ring the doorbell to enter the property, but we waited no more than 20 seconds each time. If anything, I felt like a bother. The bells of the church ring early in the morning, but that should be expected anywhere near the city center.

LikedFriendly staff and great location. Easy walk to train station. Easy walk to Duomo. Lots of food options around. Very nice bathroom.
DislikedWindows open to street, so it can be noisy at night. There is a hostel next door. No food/dining at the hotel. No fridge or microwave in room.
