LikedThe noise of students running around nightmare, didn't get the remote control back after no batteries. It was then lost. Staff not very friendly.

DislikedThe young man in the reception was unacceptable. I arrived one hour before official check-in, as I had inform the day before. He did not even check my name or the room number and he said that check-in is after two o'clock. I asked if I could leave my luggage and he denied. I asked for my parking spot and he asked me if I made a reservation. I said yes and asked me if they answered me positively. Finally he gave me the parking spot, as he was making me a favour. We returned at three o'clock and waited for twenty minutes to give us the room, which wasn't the one I had booked, but the economy with a one-and-half bed instead of a big double bed. I went again to the reception and showed him the reservation. Finally, another man gave us the right room. For me, the personnel is the most important factor for a hotel and this hotel failed in that.
