LikedExcellent location, extremely well decorated and tidy! The staff is fantastic, politely treating every guest, and going above and beyond to please us! I got there because my previous hotel in the last minute did not confirm the reservation and what a wonderful surprise I had! A calm spot right in the middle of one of the most busy pints of Florence- Il Ponte Vecchio!

LikedWhat didn't we like? The moment you got out of the car there was someone to greet you and help with your bags. The staff where so friendly. The rooms were well equipped and had everything that you would want for a comfortable. If there was anything missing, one simple call and it was sent to you. We also had the most amazing breakfast added into our stay. Overall we could not have been at a better spot during our time in Florence. Really appreciated this stay.
