LikedThe location was perfect for us: Walking distance to the old city main attractions (cathedral, Uffizi museum etc.). Also, in walking distance there was a cafeteria/ bakery and a very good restaurant for dinner (Perseus). We reserved a parking spot, which was indeed available for us upon arrival. The personnel helped us with the parking. Very beautiful and spacious "lobby" of the Palazzo, spent a lot of time there reading when I got up early.
DislikedOur room was in an additional building (like a separate extension of the main building), which was new and the architecture was not in the level of the main building. We thought we had booked in the main building, I found no indication in the room description (booking) that our room was in a different building. Not staying in the main building of the Palazzo was a big disappointment and we felt a bit cheated. The bed sheet had a big hole!
