LikedGreat location. Old style Hotel with a lot of charm. Lovely friendly staff. Very quiet and comfortable.

LikedThe hospitality of the staff was great. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent. In the heart of Florence just a few steps from the cathedral and the center market. Restaurants are everywhere nearby.

DislikedThe pillow was a bit hard and high for me but it didn't stop me from having a good night of sleep.
