Hotel Le Tre Stazioni

LikedI think it is a family establishment which was culturally interesting. The hotel has everything you need, even a restaurant which is part of the hotel. It is located nearby the main train station which fit me perfectly. But, the area immediately around the hotel is a bit bizarre, everything is designed for cars, so it is not very pleasant to walk. But, the moment you reach the old town or the ancient harbour, you are good and happy.

DislikedMost of the staff spoke only Italian, but they were very nice. It might be fun to try to learn Italian, so not big problem. Check-in could have been done much foster. I have worked in a hotel and I know the drill, but it might be good idea to prepare check-ins, so there wouldn't be a need for typing all the information with the customers in front. Also, something went wrong and I had to wait 10 minutes to order in the restaurant, but then the food arrived very fast. Oh, and please update your status on Apple Maps, it says "permanently closed".

DislikedThe receptionist didn’t talk any English, so I was forced to communicate in Italian. I do not speak Italian. When we booked the room, we were supposed to have a kitchen and a refrigerator. There was a mini refrigerator that did not work. A family member has asthma and the medication needs to be refrigerated. After asking to fix it multiple times, someone supposedly came when we were out but the only thing that the fridge was radiating, was heat. It was a really small room with creaking beds. The neighbourhood is really dirty and smelly, it’s far from the city centre and although the hotel has a parking, when we arrived all was booked out so we had to park in the streets. If possible I would give 0 stars… The Wifi doesn’t work well either.
