LikedBreakfast was nice. Location good.

DislikedPaid for an upgraded room & it was still tiny. We could barely fit our luggage in the room. Had to move luggage around just to get out of bed. Room was stuffy. I was disappointed with the vibe of hotel, was glad we were only there 2 nights.

LikedThis is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Easy and safe to walk all around the area. The staff were incredible. Helpful, positive, professional. They were truly a delight to interact with. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat!

LikedLoved this hotel location and friendly and helpful staff. Service was impeccable and the breakfast with a view too. Will surely book again next time in Florence.
