LikedI like everything! The location is superb, the stuff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The design is very authentic. I strongly recommend.

DislikedRooms were very warm…junior suite only had vents in the front room, not the room with the beds. The shower had no shelf for soap, shampoo etc. so everything had to be on the floor of the shower

I book this hotel for staying in Florence town for one day. It is very easy to reach from the station. And is also very easy to go to any tourist sites in Florence. The hotel is perfect. Really nice decorations with Watch theme. And the price is really good in terms of the travel peak at August and July in Italy. Room is luxury. You just don't expect any 5 star hotel service. As a 4 star, it is perfect and budget to stay and travel in town.
