LikedPerfectly located at walking distance from city centre and parking lots. Breakfast had many good choices (from 7:30 to 10). Room was overall okay, nothing extraordinary, good bathroom. Staff was polite and check in/out processes were quick and smooth.
DislikedThe mattress was too soft for my preference, and the mini fridge wasn't working,

LikedBreakfast was a good addition for an affordable price!
DislikedThe washroom was small. The shutter doors around the shower were easy to use, however, they did leak a little bit of water even when aligned with the utmost care.

LikedThe property is located in the historical city center but don't worry about the ZTL, the owner will help you to exempt the trouble if you present your plate number to them. The room that i stayed was upgraded for free and very spacious. Due to the covid-19, breakfast service was reduced as well as the price. Overall, it was a nice experience.

LikedThe welcome that we received was friendly, positive and helpful.
DislikedThe hotel is tired and pokey. The rooms are very basic, the plumbing is an average level at best and it feels cramped. There were no home comforts or smart facilities in the room or in the hotel.
