LikedThe location is great, you can easily get to the city centre and it's a safe neighbourhood, we didn't feel like we were in danger at all. The staff was great, polite and very friendly, also helpful.

DislikedOnly negative part was the fact that the rooms are small and not soundproof, but it didn't affect our sleep and pretty much all accommodation around big cities are not soundproof.

LikedAmazing experience, super friendly staff who were so helpful. Fantastic room, very clean, all the facilities we could need. Good shower. Excellent location - short bus in to centre meaning we were out of tourist heart but also close to everything. Fab restaurants nearby.

LikedLocation was removed from the tourist areas, but not too far, just far enough to be away from the noise. The rooms were adequate and as described. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bar area in the lobby was pleasant and cute. The windows opened over a quiet ally below, which allowed for some wonderful cool air to enter the room.

DislikedSeveral rooms were ignoring the No Smoking policy so the hallways were constantly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. As was the theme for this trip, it was too hot. The heat should have been set at least 5° cooler or flat out turned off. Fortunately, the windows opened and we could vent the unnecessary heat. It was 55-65 degrees every night. The temperature inside was nearing 80. Literally every hotel we stayed at, same story. Turn off the heat.

Likedthe place is very clean and is located well. Lots of great cafes around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had room with shared bathroom and they upgraded me to a room with private bathroom. Great value for money ☺️
