LikedLocation was good
DislikedI expressly booked and paid for a superior room with a city view but this is not what I got. The room is ok at most.

LikedBreakfast was ok. The location was wonderful, so central!
DislikedLift did not go to ground floor. This was not clear on the hotels details. I struggled with the entrance stairs, so unlikely to return . I did love the roof top views. Staff charming and helpful.

DislikedRenovation work at the hotel was loud. Some of the staff, particularly housekeeping, were very good; others not so much.
