LikedNOTHING THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED!
DislikedATTENTION BOOKING.COM! It was a very very bad experience with Hotel Giubileo for me and my family. This is a scam! When we arrived at the hotel it was deserted! Nobody met with us as they have said they would. The hotel was padlocked! We called the number they provided but the call kept dropping. We asked around and were advised that HOTEL GIUBILEO is closed! I demand a full refund plus the extra amount I had to pay for booking in a nearby hotel as it was peak season - Travis Scott Concert at Circus Maximus. Horrible experience Booking. com

Firstly, the cleanliness standards were far from satisfactory. We encountered numerous house spiders on the lights, which caused distress and discomfort for my family. This lack of attention to pest control was highly concerning and compromised our overall experience. Furthermore, the bed sheets provided were visibly dirty and stained, indicating a lack of proper cleaning procedures. As guests, we expect fresh and hygienic bedding, and it was disheartening to find such negligence in this regard which impacted our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly, we were unable to achieve a comfortable temperature, resulting in an unpleasant and restless night's sleep and its failure to meet basic standards was highly disappointing. Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the room and its amenities left much to be desired. The floors were noticeably dirty, with visible dust and debris, further contributing to our dissatisfaction. As a guest, I expect a clean and tidy environment, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay. Adding, no elevator and during the check out we take our bags by ourselves taking long stair to reach the reception.

DislikedBroken hairdryer. Broken fridge. Safe not secured down and no key or code system.Flickering light bulbs, some not working at all. Cement falling from ceiling at night, wooden ceiling so must have been joint filler. Offered to obtain cake for my sons birthday which they never followed through on.
