Hotel Giotto Flavia

LikedThe location - very closed to everything, a lot of restaurants near by, a small shop with fresh and delicios fruits and vegetables, the bed was confortable, nice stuff.

DislikedThe breakfast, don't reserve it, I mean it, no, no, horrible and only sweets. Not even real coffe, no beans, just instant from the machine. The towels were dirty, I've asked them to bring others, ok, done, but still. The room is not isolated and we could hear all the noise in the world. We didn't have proper soap at first and shower was clogging; anyways, in Rome, you are leaving in the morning and come back in the evening.

LikedThe staff were so lovely and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for sites and things to do, plus restaurant ideas for us. Our flight home was changed last minute and we had to leave the hotel at 4am but the staff were so accommodating and organised a taxi for us to the airport :)

DislikedHotel serve the same breakfast every day. The water in bathroom was very slow.

LikedHotel employee were lovely and made the check in process very enjoyable. They also provided great resources of the town. The bed was comfortable, the air con efficient and the darkening shades appreciated.
