LikedI liked the location and how close it was from everything. The staff was very helpful too.

DislikedIt was not a clean hotel, for a 3 star I expected a lot more. The room was tiny, lighting was horrible, bed was small, and the bathroom stank.

LikedLocation and cost.

DislikedBooked a room with air conditioning but the room didn't have it. Told the receptionist twice and they both said it's being repaired. It was 95 degrees outside so they gave me a fan but the air conditioning was never repaired during my 3 day stay. I was lucky to be out all day and only used the room to sleep. The internet is also weak. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Likedprice quality are good. everything is as usual in cheap hotels near Termini station. a bit of mold in the bathroom a bit of cobwebs in the room) but this is standard) but what I didn’t like about this hotel is that the door to the room is opened for you by an employee who sits at the reception, it’s terribly inconvenient (came with a hot pizza, but there are others at the reception visitors, so you are waiting for him to finish with them or open the doors for everyone in turn. I have stayed in the termini area more than 100 times, but I have never seen such stupidity. At the same time, the staff is very friendly, and when asked what kind of door opening system it is, he answers that the owner came up with it and it’s inconvenient for them themselves, every time they run to open the door

LikedNothing! everything terrible, nightmare

DislikedThe staff doesn't speak italian and english. they are very rude and try to steal money from you out on your account extra not required. Rooms dirty and full of dust, no soap for shower, broken cabinets and not hygeienic toilette. I have to call twice the booking help support!!!
