LikedStaff was nice and helpful.

DislikedBreakfast was mediocre and hotel location is not good if you don't have a car. Non-walkable area and hotel seems to be at the edge of old industrial area. Interior in the hotel requires renovation, common areas and rooms were a bit worn out.

DislikedStaff attitude left a lot to be desired , extremely unhelpful when asked to help with ordering food, rude. Dress code non existent and disheveled. Window in room did not open. Air conditioning did not work. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only one extra pillow when it’s a double room.
