Hotel Ferretti

LikedPerfect location very close to all attractions. It was great we had a self check in. Perfect for two nights maximum. They kept our luggage with them for the next day.

DislikedVery small shower cabin, not really comfortable. The bathroom in general was not very good, but still fine for two nights.

LikedMade upgrade paid for privacy shower in the room but little warm water drip flow and not able to shower well in the small shower place. It was worth shower experience ever.

DislikedTwo days stay _ mosquito bits on my arms, legs and face. Had to buy mosquito medicine for it to use it. Hot water pots was dirty inside and coffee cups are not sanitizer clean condition. It's not the coffee maker. Room was noise from the restaurant below.

DislikedWhen i booked the room it was mentioned shared toilet which it seems to be a shared bathroom with a very unpleasant smell of drainage, same smell in the room from the small sink next to te the bed, well money it is not worth paid, i would rate this as a hostel with individual rooms and not a hotel. The locker of the door was not working properly and i needed time to find how to manage to lock the door, Cleaning is another point which needs to be taken care more seriously bu staff.

LikedLocation was superb within walking distance of all the main sights enabling us to see the highlights of Florence in the afternoon we had before our onward morning journey. We received a lovely warm welcome and local information with the detailed map provided by the receptionist which was really appreciated. Also shower was great and fam is the room helpful in the warmth.

DislikedSome small fixes would further enhance e.g. one wobbly tile on the floor.
