LikedGreat location, walking distance to the most visited places.

DislikedThe room did not look like on the pictures. The walls were dirty and should be cleaned and painted.

DislikedThe blackout was damaged and didn’t close properly which made the room so cold at night. The lovely staff did their best to help us out.

DislikedThe heating was very strong, the switch was broken

LikedLocation was very convenient to train station & Santa Maria della Novella.

Disliked4 flights of stairs with no notification, no assistance. Although room included kitchenette, lacked basic items, ie: cutlery, tea/coffee items, electric jug, items that were there were not clean. One chair was broken, some power points not working, hairdryer was left out on kitchen bench in its box, two coat hangers, no basic kitchen cleaning items (cloth, soap, teatowel etc). Staff gave us an 'upgrade' (apparently), but it was clear the room was not properly prepared for paying guests. Beds, although clean were not very comfortable. Linen & towels were clean, bathroom too. It appeared there were few, if any, other rooms finished for paying guests. Very unusual. We feel this was a 'pension/e' (as its extermal signage suggests) & not what I would consider a 'hotel' as advertised.

LikedIt has a great location in terms of location. Right in the center of the city

DislikedThe toilet should have been in the room.
