LikedWell presented property and a very comfortable room Breakfast was fresh each morning and well presented The bus stops adjacent to the hotel are very helpful other wise it’s a trek to town

LikedBreakfast was great, room was nice, staff friendly and helpful.
DislikedListing says under accessibility that upper floors are accessible only by stairs, but THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS TWO FLOORS UP! There is no access for the handicapped, and for two elderly people with luggage it was a serious issue. This situation should have been made clear, in which case we would not have booked here.

LikedThe rooms were modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel's terrace was a very nice surprise and you can enjoy a beer or two on it while enjoying the ambiance of Florence.
DislikedBreakfast could've had a bit more variety but it was satisfactory.

LikedThe location was great, walking distance from city center, train station nearby, many bus stops. Delicious breakfast with vast selection, everything was very fresh and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrase in the hotel with beautiful view. Rooms are spacious, very clean and equiped. We have found everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay!
