DislikedVery small rooms and tiny elevator. Lobby is on the fourth floor in an obscure building and there was no one at the entrance to help with suitcases or to guide where to go

LikedGreat hotel, right in the heart of the town, yet high above so not too noisy. You access the hotel by a quaint little lift up through the building - so you are level with the roof of the Duomo - so great views out. The hotel has a balcony you can sit out on and enjoy the bustle of the town below. There is coffee and cake available all day and the staff are very helpful.

DislikedWhilst there is a lift up to the hotel, some of the rooms are down steep stairs from reception so be sure to ask when booking if you need something accessible without stairs. The staff are also happy to help with your bags.
