LikedThis hotel is super close by the train station and visitor sites. Staffs are very nice! The hotel room is very clean!
DislikedThere are noises from the streets and the big entrance gate (which is quite loud for me)

LikedQuaint, authentic Florence hotel. The iron gates lift, while small, added to the authenticity. Arlind and Yukiko were great. Arlind put together a list of places to see, and Yukiko got us a taxi to take us around. Warm and friendly people. The coffee lounge was an added bonus.
DislikedPeople (I think the students from the college on the top floor) kept leaving the elevator gate open, and then the elevator wouldn’t run. Not the fault of the property, but annoying.
