LikedGood location close to train station. Accommodation is spotless. Bedrooms are well furnished and very comfortable. Staff welcoming and always helpful. The free walking tours are excellently hosted by the knowledgeable Virgilio.

LikedThe hotel is in a very convenient location for the station. An exceptional welcome from Lorenzo. Very comfortable beds and nice attention to detail. Excellent breakfast.

LikedThe air- conditioning in the room was non functional when we arrived. It took 2 maintenance guys to fix the air con but the air conditioning in my opinion is not powerful enough.Plus they turned the air conditioning unit at 12 midnight to 6:00 am . We requested a portable electric fan as a supplement . I was advised that it was the State regulation that air conditioning be turned off at 12 midnight storm 6:00 am because it’s not summer yet. Shower room is a bit small and not good enough for bigger persons. The positive sides are: staff like Karen was very helpful and friendly. Location is really great.
DislikedAir conditioning was a big issue. I would suggest that maintenance people must check at least every other month and must be ready for the incoming guests.
