DislikedManager behind the desk told me to park my motorcycle on the hotel designated spot under camera surveillance. My motorcycle was stolen in a one hour period, in broad daylight at 3pm while the person behind the desk had the screen in front of him. He was very unhelpful to give me access to the camera pictures (“you have to send us an email” ?!), help to go to the police (he did not even try to get them over) and he tried to stop me in investigating the neighborhood. Very bizar behavior…All that while the tracker in my motorbike indicated the bike to be at that very moment at less than 10m from the hotel (!). The next day I found the bike back myself while the thieves were moving it from the area of the hotel to a spot 400m away. I had no problem having the police over immediately and I got instant access to camera footage from a helpful other person. If the clerk behind the desk of the hotel would have been more helpful and interested in his customers, a lot of trouble and costs to repair the bike could have been avoided.
