LikedGreat communication from point of booking until we left the hotel. They organised transfer from and to the airport. A luxurious van picked us up followed by an equally fantastic taxi boat. Location was very handy. Staff was brilliant the whole time. They couldn’t do enough for you. All of them spoke perfect English. The hotel has a very nice simple decor. Our room was cleaned daily. The staff even organised a free trip to Murano to see how they make glass in the oldest factory on the island. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!
