LikedThe best experience and the most amazing hotel! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were un believable! I would always stay here when visiting Venice. Great location!
DislikedNo downsides to this hotel! Fantastic! Although the breakfast wasn't very good so we did not eat there in the mornings.

DislikedRoom was awful. I’ve checked the online photos again to be sure and there’s nothing that looks like that room on their website! The bathroom was decent but the bedroom was so basic, bland grey, not even a mirror in the room. Lumpy bed that rolls you to one side. Honestly, 3* would be generous and given the £370 price tag, extremely disappointing.
