LikedWe've visited this location twice a few years ago. Parking and room facilities are OK. Breakfast good but if you order fried eggs or omelets you'd have to pay extra. Staff is helpful and nice.
DislikedThere was a large young females' athletes party booked on the property. Them and their coaches were loud, late in the night and nobody did anything to fix the situation. It was frustrating for regular customers.

LikedThe lady that checked us in was very friendly and spoke English. There was 4 of us and there was only a queen size bed in the room so she added 2 twin beds for us. We had a reservation that went wrong so this was a pleasant surprise.
DislikedThere wasn't anything negative I would say about our stay.

I liked the location with a car and close to a tram stop(no. 14) that takes you right into downtown Milan(less than 30 minutes) and you only need to tap your credit card on the tram so no drama with tickets. Not sure why there is a cost for the use of the pool. Breakfast - good options, great coffee. Very friendly staff. Modern good size room, great toiletries.
