LikedThe room was clean, the sheets were changed daily. It was very close to Termini.

DislikedThe bed was uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work. It was very loud outside all night. The breakfast was stale and bad. The staff insisted we pay the city tax in cash and sent me to an ATM immediately after arriving. They didn’t have change and then asked me repeatedly about the two euros I owed them.

Likedmissed slippers in the room, the floor on the 1st floor was cold, and for a day or two we wouldn't be able to wear everything. everything else was perfect

LikedThe triple room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was tidy and comfortable. The location was excellent, near to the termini station and to all attractions. The breakfast was enough and full with delicious and various sweets, juice and delicious coffee or tea. It was nice starting for the day.

DislikedIt would be better to be various products for breakfast: for example eggs, cheese, sausages.

DislikedIt was not what we expected, the size of the room was good, but the bed was not good at all. It was a little dirty. The two ladies that were in the morning were very polite. But the guy who was in the night shift was very rude. The breakfast was very poor, very very poor. And keep in consideration that we were leaving the hotel in the morning and arrive back at midnight.
