LikedLoved the hotel, the location was perfect, just 3 -5 mins walk from San Marco. The staff was very nice and helpful.
DislikedNothing, but it would be great if you can add those reed diffusers into the rooms as well

LikedBeautiful hotel right in the centre of Florence. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Rooms lovely and really felt luxury. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff

LikedHotel location was very close to San Marco, their serve very good breakfast and Dinner, I like it so much. Their staffs was very friendly. The best things is easy for travelers who carry big luggage because they do have lift to every floors in the hotel and the Water Taxi can park just right in front of this hotel. Definitely will come back to stay again when I visit to Venice next time.
