LikedCroissants were very dry.

DislikedIt was extremely cold in the room. There are no heaters, only airco. You can put the airco on "warmer" but it will still only blow very cold air. The staff explained that Milan's local government forbids hotels to heat through airco. That should have been a warning upfront because I would not have booked. I don't like to stay in a cold hotel room. Slept badly, waking up multiple times due to the cold and working was hardly possible in the morning with a room temp of 16 degrees max. Milano, with its Agenda 2030 policy, having 4 cameras on every street corner, not letting people in with modern clean diesel cars, has taken it to the next level. Horrendous dystopian policies under the false pretext to "save the planet" (a BS religion designed to shift wealth and power).

LikedVery nice hotel in the Milano Centrale area - quiet street, metro and market - 5 min walk. The hotel is comfortable, very nice breakfast. I am very grateful for the upgrade to my room, which I found out about upon arrival - thank you very much 🙏 There are many iconic lamps and art objects in the lobby. I’ll be back 🌟
