LikedThe location is perfect. Walking distance to the Metro, Trevi Fountain and more. The pillows and bed were nice and comfortable.

DislikedThe room was quite small, including the bathroom. Maybe other rooms are bigger, just not the one we stayed in. The breakfast was extremely limited for persons with dietary needs.

LikedThis hotel was the greatest disappointment i ever had i have been travelling for 30years and its the worst of all i paid 230 euros per night while other residents were charched for the same period only 110 euros .No receptionist,no maps of the town,no facilities in the room.for the money they charged me il had to have good facilities. Very poor breakfast. The rooms so near to each other that you couldnt rest for a moment. I demand my money back. Thank God i changed hotel after two days.

LikedThe location of the property is great ,and the design of the rooms was very thought out. Staff was very kind and spoke very good English.

DislikedIt’s not that the hotel is bad but is not worth the 200€ per night The breakfast is very poor,there was no sound proofing and you could hear the pipes and the conversations in the rooms very clearly(which is understandable in an old city with old buildings).But, our second night the guests to the room next to us were screaming and shouting all night preventing us for sleeping. Another problem regarding this is that there is no one available after 9pm at the hotel so we couldn’t really complain and we ended up staying up until they stopped shouting (when they left the hotel,after drunkenly banging on our room door). I was contemplating on leaving this review as I know this is a family business and I understand that the experience we have may be different than others as I’ve seen from other reviews. Our main issue is that the hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer.
