Liked• The location was quite good. It was near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. • The bathroom was big enough and clean. • The was free water in the hall.
DislikedThe room we were given when we arrived was nothing like on the pictures. It was dark and gloomy. We asked to change the room. The new room was good but it was near the entrance and we had to listen to the doorbell all night long.

LikedThe staff was very helpful in regards to everything under their control. Nice area in Florence, within walking distance to the historic center and very close to the train station.
DislikedThe room was very small for a triple room. Additionally, one of the beds was disfunctional. I thought they would change us to a different room but they changed the bed, and the new one didn't work either.
