Pros (+) Reception staff courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Argument over dinner food quality spoilt the evening. Dinner staff ignored our complaint. Parking in Sienna is dreadful with a serious lack of Disabled bays. It seemed by luck that there was a space in the tiny car park belonging to the hotel. No lifts and our ground floor request turned into a basement room.

Pros (+) Traditional style hotel, stylish and very comfortable, very easy location to walk to most places, shops, bus station and restaurants. Very nice dining room, great food and lovely helpful staff everywhere. Definitely would stay there again.

Pros (+) - Walking Distance; Santa Domenico church (3 mins), Piazza Campo (10 mins), Duomo (15 mins) etc... Also Piazza Gramci for buses (3 mins) - Roomy and comfortable dining area - Well prepared breakfast - Good size of room for 4 people

Pros (+) The staff were so helpful, we were in a hire car and couldn’t find the hotel. We called Marco , he stayed on the line and directed us to the door - he was so patient. Ideally located . We would recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) I don’t want to say anything negative as we really enjoyed our stay - but- it would have been nice if there was water in the room , there was an empty fridge , no water.
Pros (+) The hotel staff were fantastic - very helpful, solving our issues getting to Pisa airport. They also had great restaurant recommendations and we had a lovely warm welcome. The hotel was great value for money, our room was spotless and very comfortable.
