LikedWhen in Milan would not consider staying anywhere else. Superb hotel with excellent staff. Warm, welcoming and comfortable. Rooms are a delight. Great location, within an easy (and safe) stroll to the sights and experiences of Milan Good valet parking. Considerate personal touches like providing us with complimentary snacks for our drive to Florence.
