LikedThe location was perfect, closed to the meteo station and porta Garibaldi area. I went to Milano for work and the morning walk to the office was very pleasant. Near the hotel there are plenty and good restaurants, and a delicious patisserie where every day I had freshly baked pastries and cappuccino. The place was very quiet at night for good night sleep.the staff was very friendly and helpful

DislikedNothing in particular, maybe I would suggest to put a kettle in the rooms for self making tea or coffee.

LikedThe room was pretty spacious and clean. It was super hot in the room, had problems with regulating the heating.

LikedPerfect location for heading into the city! Felt safe, lots of places nearby for drinks and food and there was also a little convenience store two doors down. Staff were also fabulous!

DislikedThe room was absolutely fine but only issue would be the plugs were all a bit damaged.

DislikedThe lobby is terrible, the room is extremely small, the breakfast is non existent, this hotel shouldn't be a 4 star and I'm really wondering how they made it.
