LikedLocation is ok, nothing else
DislikedThe lobby is terrible, the room is extremely small, the breakfast is non existent, this hotel shouldn't be a 4 star and I'm really wondering how they made it.

LikedLocation of the hotel was excellent, walking distance from the downtown, shops and metro station nearby. (You can reach Duomo within 10-12minutes) Staff was kind and helpful, we got an upgrade on the room.

LikedThe hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and toilet etc was spotless which is great. The location was great and it was a comfortable stay. Be was comfortable which is great too. Nice and quiet.
DislikedOnly about 3 TV channels and the aircon did not work, the room was boiling hot, we opened the window, hopefully this would be fixed for summer as it was only March!
