LikedGood location and every day the rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard. The one staff member we met (assuming was the cleaner) was extremely friendly.

DislikedOn arrival at the hotel we had to ring (multiple times) and contact the owners via booking.com chat to be let in. On the final call we were instructed how to get in (code to the front door) and which room was ours and where the key was hid. Which is a bit strange. Also, on various nights we would find fellow customers stuck in the same position and we ended up assisting them into their rooms. Whilst at the hotel (6 days) for 3 of these days we had no warm water (affected the entire 2nd floor) this was reported and fixed for the end of the week. Throughout our entire stay we only saw the cleaning lady (making assumptions that that was her role), which was weird. Beds were extremely hard, but that's personal preference

LikedEverything was great! The host was very helpful. Our room was convenient and clean, fridge in the room was useful. There was a shop next to the hotel, so I could buy anything I wanted. The location of the hotel is 10/10

LikedRoom was clean. Staff friendly. Great location.

DislikedThe elevators. You need to take 2 separate elevators to get up to the 2nd floor. And the inside elevator didn’t work after 8pm. And the main elevator wouldn’t go down. Could only take it up. Such an odd set up and made coming and going from the hotel annoying. Also bed was hard as a rock.
